EPICS delivers an exquisite and luxurious style mixed rich tones, true to life colors, and a touch of cinematic flair to create timeless artwork and jaw dropping albums. Our passion for providing incredible portraiture is exemplified in our extraordinary attention to detail. We begin with you—your vision, comfort level, style and everything you want this experience to become.
02 • BEFORE YOUR SESSION - YOU'LL NEVER HAVE TO WONDER WHAT COMES NEXT
From the moment you reserve your session date, we'll be right beside you every step of the way. You'll receive thoughtfully curated session guides for every step of your experience leading up to your session — from what to wear and how to prepare to helpful tips designed to make you feel completely confident and ready for your day. If a question comes up along the way? Text or call us. Consider us your personal photography concierge from “I'm really doing this!” to the moment you see your final images.
03 • SESSION DESIGN - THIS IS WHERE YOUR VISION COMES TO LIFE
Before your session, we'll connect for a personalized Pre-Session Design Call to thoughtfully plan your experience—from colors, themes and wardrobe to styling, sets and overall aesthetic. Together, we'll design each look around you. So when session day arrives, every detail will feel intentional, effortless, and stress free.
04 • PROFESSIONAL GLAM
Onsite professional hair and makeup application is included in your experience and is complete with lashes.
05 • YOUR PHOTOSHOOT
Relax, laugh and watch the nerves disappear while we create imagery that feels unmistakably you. Sessions generally take place on Sundays at locations that match the aesthetic and vibe each client is wanting to achieve. Sessions typically last 3-4 hours including hair and makeup.
06 • EXPERT GUIDED POSING
Never wonder what to do with your hands. I'll guide you from your expression to your fingertips.
07 • THE REVEAL
The moment you finally get to see yourself through my lens will occur during your Virtual Image Reveal within 2-3 weeks following your session via a Zoom Call.
08 • PRODUCT DELIVERY
Upon completion of your Image Reveal, digitals purchased with your collection or a la carte are sent to you within 1 day in a private password protected Online Gallery. The Mobile App Image Gallery, if included in collection or purchased separately, is also delivered to you within 1 day. Your album will be designed and proofs sent to you for final approval within 1 week. Once confirmed, album and products order will be placed. Production time is generally up to 6 weeks (8 weeks during the holidays). Please schedule accordingly. Once products are received and quality confirmed, arrangements will be made with you to receive your physical items.
